As a Learning and Development Manager who started her career as a trainer, she saw a landscape full of options, particularly those related to artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For many in the training sector, the daily reality involves spreadsheets, manual tracking, and endless email reminders. Elena wanted to change that dynamic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018I knew that AI was going to be an important support for my job and so I decided to learn as much as possible,\u2019 she explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbscodingschool.com\/\">WBS CODING SCHOOL<\/a> with a clear objective: she wanted to learn more about how AI could support the project management field. She needed to track trainings, attendance, scoring, and schedules for numerous employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditionally, this requires a manager to constantly monitor the status of every single individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018The goal was not to have to check, each single individual, their status,\u2019 Elena says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She envisioned a system where every stakeholder involved had their own overview with the information they needed regarding their team. This would free up time for more strategic tasks, but it required a robust technical solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"building-an-automated-ecosystem\">WBS CODING SCHOOL project: Building an automated ecosystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For her final project, an explanation of how Airtable could help the training department, Elena built a centralized platform. She used Airtable to collect all training data, making it easy to access for the learning and development team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But a database alone does not solve the communication gap. To address this, Elena integrated automation tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018I also was able to create a connection Airtable and Slack,\u2019 she notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using Make to connect these platforms, the system could send a message to each individual with reminders and results of the training. This automation was designed explicitly to reduce the work of the managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system also incorporated AI-generated content. Elena created three AI basic trainings with HeyGen. She discovered that the difference between a mediocre result and a great one lies in the prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Learning about prompting and AI tools available really opened a new world to me,\u2019 she shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She argues that prompting is the basic knowledge required to use LLMs in the best way. During her presentation, she shared a specific formula she uses to ensure consistency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Role plus task plus context plus constraints plus output format plus eval,\u2019 she recites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By applying this structure, she ensures the AI understands exactly what is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018A good prompt needs to be created in order to be effective,\u2019 Elena advises. \u2018And this makes a big difference if you know how to write one, you get the result that you need a lot faster\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"summary\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elena Giannetti leveraged her time at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbscodingschool.com\/\">WBS CODING SCHOOL<\/a> to transform a manual administrative process into an automated workflow.
