It’s one thing to complete exercises by yourself, it’s quite another to do work that is of true industry-standard. In your campus phase, you will focus on completing projects the way you would in a real tech company.
You will be split into small groups and will have to learn teamwork, communication, and responsibility. You will be given a deadline, and asked to develop a complex project by that date. By the time this phase is over, not only will you have created something awe-inspiring, you will be ready to integrate yourself straight into a team of professionals in your field.
