The Primer

Marketing Analytics Primer

Before the Bootcamp begins you’ll be given access to the Primer–an introductory course to bring you up to speed with all the other students. The Primer is a two-week mandatory course to help you understand the basics of Marketing Analytics and gain a broad overview of this field.

Concepts & Tools

This course goes way beyond Excel spreadsheets and simple push-of-a-button software. You’ll learn all the technical disciplines needed to be a digital marketer today. More specifically, you’ll gain the skills to automate processes, create insightful dashboards, and much, much more, so you can track results that matter, improve your strategy, and launch successful marketing campaigns.
  • You have an interest in online marketing but don’t want to go the creative route

  • You are tech-savvy and learning the basics of code doesn’t scare you (note: you don’t need any previous coding experience)

During the course, the structure of the weeks will vary to adapt to the learning content of the moment, but in general, this is what a typical week looks like.

Our pioneering hybrid concept offers a unique learning experience which lets you enjoy the comforts of remote study and reap the benefits of learning on campus, all in a single course. For those who do not wish to travel to Berlin, we also offer a more established learning protocol in the form of an online-only course, designed to set new industry standards and optimised to the needs of those studying from home.

For the first 12 weeks you will study remotely on our virtual learning platform together with your classmates. And for the final 3 weeks you can choose between coming to our Berlin Campus or continuing remotely.

Our application process is designed to guide you, gently but clearly, into the course you want to take. Just follow these three steps:

Solve our marketing challenge. The purpose of this step is to allow us to evaluate your level of experience, and of course to ensure we are enrolling motivated students. If you find yourself struggling, just send us a line. We’re here to help!


(30 min)
Time to get to know each other! Schedule a 30 minute interview with one of our Admission Managers and introduce yourself. We’ll want to know a little bit more about you, particularly what makes you get up in the morning and why you want to learn about MarTech. You can also ask any questions of your own, or clarify anything you’re still uncertain about.
