The following Terms & Conditions apply to participation in WBS CODING SCHOOL’ s Referral Program (the “Program”). Participation in the Program implies agreement to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility for Referrers
Referrers must be current students or alumni of any course at WBS CODING SCHOOL.
Employees of companies within the WBS GROUP are excluded from the Program.
Referrers must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Eligibility for Referrals
Referrers can recommend private individuals who have not yet completed any application at WBS CODING SCHOOL.
The referral, submitted through the provided form, must precede the referred person’s direct contact with WBS CODING SCHOOL.
A Successful Referral is anyone who:
Has had no prior application with WBS CODING SCHOOL.
Signs a contract with WBS CODING SCHOOL to complete a qualification funded according to SGB II or SGB III (educational voucher or activation and placement voucher) or signs a contract with WBS CODING SCHOOL to self-fund the bootcamp.
4. Referral reward Requirements
Referrers should recommend WBS CODING SCHOOL to family, friends, and acquaintances by sharing the provided link.
Upon successful enrollment of the Referral and completion of at least 2 months of one of our Web & App Development, Data Science, Data Analytics, or UX/UI Product Design bootcamps (the AI for Business course is excluded from the Program), both the referrer and the referred person will receive the reward via email.
5. Rewards for Referrers and Referees
Referrers are eligible for a maximum reward of €300 in Amazon vouchers per successful referral.
Referees will receive a maximum of €200 in Amazon voucher upon enrollment.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
6. Reward Distribution Timing
After successful enrollment and completion of at least 2 months of one of our bootcamp by the referred person, both the referrer and the referred person will receive the reward via email within one calendar month.
The reward will be sent as a link for redemption, valid for five years from the send date.
Rewards are subject to verification and may be declared invalid if they result from error, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Multiple Recommendations
Referrers can recruit more than one new customer.
However, rewards are only granted for different recommendations that meet the specified conditions.
It is prohibited to refer the same person multiple times.
Bulk email distribution of referral links, distribution to strangers, or any form of unsolicited advertisements are prohibited.
8. Data Usage
The data provided will be used exclusively for the referral program. Further details on data protection can be found here.
9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
WBS CODING SCHOOL reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Program after any changes verifies acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
10. Termination
WBS CODING SCHOOL reserves the right to terminate the Program or a participant’s ability to participate in the Program at any time and for any reason.
11. Liability
WBS CODING SCHOOL is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.
In no event, will WBS CODING SCHOOL be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of this Program.
12. Taxes
Referrers and Referrals are responsible for the correct tax treatment and recording of their respective rewards.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Germany, (Berlin), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
